Application for Licence to operate a Day Childcare Centre or a Night ECEC service (0 to 3 years).

The Free Childcare Scheme is a system which was promised in the Government Electoral Manifesto, whereby Government provides free childcare services to parents/guardians who work or are pursuing their education. The childcare service is either provided directly through Government services or alternatively through Registered Child Care Centres.

A service provider may terminate and withdraw a childcare registration at any time. Through this form the same provider informs the Accreditation Unit regarding the withdrawal of registration.
