How to apply

A digital format of the following documents is necessary when applying for the teacher’s temporary warrant.

Qualifications

Scanned copies of your qualifications. Copies are to be certified as true copies by the Head of School.

Confirmation of Employment

State Schools: Upload a digital copy of the latest Deployment Notification Form (DNF). This form is sent to you by the Education Resources Department.
Church and Independent Schools: Click here to download the Declaration Form. Upload a copy of this form duly signed by the Head of School with the application.

Fedina Penali (Complete Record of Criminal Conviction)

Scanned copy of the receipt given by the police when applying for the Fedina Penali (Complete Record of Criminal Conviction).

Applicants who have not been residing in Malta for the past five (5) years may be requested to provide the Council with a Police Records Search from the country where they have been living.
