What you'll get

You will be able to report and go through various steps even to check if you have problems with your meter or not, if you do have a problem with your meter you can report by filling in the e-form.

Eligibility

Any individual can apply and fill in this e-form.

How to apply

  • Click the Apply button
  • Complete the steps given whether the smart meter is switched on or off, and choose yes or no accordingly.
  • If the smart meter is on check what text is being displayed
  • If your smart meter is off, check whether your street is affected by ongoing maintenance.
  • The last step is to fill in the form and upload the file.
  • Click the Submit button
