Overview

This form applies to any person who acquired a property burdened with a ground-rent or subject to a lease imposed by the Government, the Authority or an Ecclesiastical entity and has to be recognised by the authority.

What you'll get

Recognition as emphyteuta of properties burthened by an emphyteusis.  Also recognition as tenant/lessee of leased Government properties.  Applications are subject to approval.
