This application will facilitate the transferring back of properties, or part of, granted to all Government Entities and Local Councils via the following:
•    Subject to a lease agreement.
•    Subject to an allocation agreement.
•    Transfer of the rights and obligations.
•    An emphyteutical concession.
•    Donation.
•    Legal Notices.
 

What you'll get

All Government Entities and Local Councils can transfer back any property, or part of, granted from the Government of Malta.  

Eligibility

All Government Entities and Local Councils which are transferring back properties, or part of, which were granted from the Government by anyone of the titles listed above.
