Nature Permits

  • CITES Article 10 and Article 60 Certificates

    If a local company or individual intends to export (whether live or dead, in full or part of, or a derivative of) a CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) listed species, a permit from the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) is required.

  • CITES Import and re-Export Permit

    If a local company or individual intends to export (whether live or dead, in full or part of, or a derivative of) a CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) listed species, a permit from the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) is required prior to exportation.

  • CITES Import Permit

    If a local company or individual intends to import (whether live or dead, in full or part of, or a derivative of) a CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) listed species, a permit from the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) is required prior to importation.
  • CITES Re-Export Permit

    If a local company or individual intends to reexport (whether live or dead, in full or part of, or a derivative of) a CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) listed species, a permit from the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) is required prior to exportation.
  • Environmental Permit for Interventions on Protected Trees

    If a local company or individual intends to carry out any intervention (such as pruning, uprooting or transplanting) to a tree protected through S.L. 549.123, a permit from the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) may be required prior to carrying out such works.

  • Permit in Conjunction with Sites Protected under National Legislation

    If a local company or individual intends to carry out any activity (such as scientific studies, parties, clean up sports events or other organized events) in a Natura 2000 site, a permit from the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) is required prior to carrying out such activities.
  • Permit in Conjunction with Species Protected under National Legislation

    If a local company or individual intends to carry out any activity (such as scientific studies, parties, clean up sports events or other organized events) in a Natura 2000 site, a permit from the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) is required prior to carrying out such activities.
