The scope of the project is to accommodate 60 + persons and disability card holders; to make an appointment by calling 1718 and our officers will collect the plastic/glass/cans directly from their home.
The customer will receive a service designed to make everyday life easier for our elderly and disabled cardholders.
This service includes door-to-door bottle collection, and customers will receive a receipt immediately after their bottles are collected.
Individuals who are over 60 years of age and those who hold a disability card are eligible to apply for this scheme.

Documents Required: The customer must present proof of their ID card or disability card so that our representative can verify whether the customer is eligible for this service.
After the customer calls 1718 or sends an email to [email protected], they will be immediately given an appointment indicating when their bottles will be collected.
The collection follows a two-week schedule, with each locality being visited every two weeks. Below is the list of localities and their respective collection days:
