Eligibility

Anyone who is starting a new business in a new property, moving into a new accessible for all apartment. Anyone who is providing a service to the public

How to apply

Access the online form via the Apply button below. Complete the form with your details. Review your submission for accuracy. Submit the e-Form. Receive confirmation of successful submission.

To apply for the service, you will need:

  • Document 1- Full development permit

  • Document 2- Approved plans 

  • Document 3- Photos of the building, including the main entrance and internal areas, showing accessible for all sanitaries, lift, and other internal photos indicating that the place has been finished.

  • CMP from the planning authority 

  • Covering letter to which parts of the property you are applying :

 

Compliance for the full building

  • Full development permit. 

  • Indicate any previous permits and conditions relating to CRPD (any previous applications vetted by KNPD/CRPD).

  • Approved plans

  • Photos of completed works.

 

Compliance for part of the building

  • Full development permit 

  • Indicate any previous permits and conditions relating to CRPD (any previous applications vetted by KNPD/CRPD).

  • Photos of the building internally.

  • Approved plans 

  • Mark in red the areas you are applying on the plans.

 

Compliance for an apartment block that was not vetted by CRPD (as it had fewer than 30 units); however, there was a commercial area that was vetted by CRPD.

If it was stated in the CRPD’s Access Audit report that CRPD only vetted the commercial section, please download the Access Audit report from E-APPS as it must include the document number from E-APPS, and write a covering letter referring to CRPD’s report where it specifies that CRPD only vetted the commercial part.

 

When applying for a compliance certificate for the apartments and common areas.

Each apartment should be properly identified with a door number, and the communal areas should be clearly indicated ( ex block 1, 2 etc) and mark in red which areas you're applying for the compliance certificate.
