Overview

By means of this scheme, the Housing Authority is receiving offers from owners of vacant residential property to lease it to the Housing Authority for the scope of social housing accommodation.

The owner will receive the rent payment in advance every six months.

Eligibility

The property is to be made available for at least 10 years. and must be in good state for habitation. Property must include a kitchen with fully functional appliances. The Authority will also consider properties that are shell form or on plan, provided they already have a building permit and that they are completed as stipulated in clause 5.3.
