All Maltese citizens intending to travel and/or live abroad temporarily or permanently are urged to fill and sign the voluntary Notification D form.

The Person of Value Form is an initiative in furtherance of the Electoral Manifesto that aims to enhance connections with the Maltese diaspora through the voluntary registration of Maltese individuals whose personal achievements and expertise in their fields of expertise are a perfect exemplification of the excellence Malta strives to achieve.

Article 10 of Act XX of 2011 requests the setup of a register for non-governmental organisations set up outside Malta which are involved in the promotion and protection of the interests of Maltese living abroad. 
Those non-governmental organisations that fall under these categories can fill Form O and submit it to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry for Foreign Affairs And Tourism.
