• New Licence to Operate a Motoring School

  Through this form, applicants can initiate the process of opening and operating a new Motoring School. This application is under the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations L.N. 191 as amended by L.N. 14 of 2004 and L.N. 25 of 2007.

• Personal Declaration of Good Repute and Good Conduct for Carriage of Passengers Operator Licence (CPOL)

  Transport Malta requires a Police conduct in the following circumstances: 
  i) When applicants apply for an Operator's Licence.
  ii) For Operator Licence verification (after 5 years).
  iii) Changes in Manager/Director/Legal representative of the operator.

• Re-issuing of Lost or Misplaced Carriage of Passengers Operator's Licence (CPOL)

  Through this form, an operator who loses his/her operator's licence requests a re-issued Carriage of Passengers Operator's Licence (CPOL X9).

• Tachograph - Reissue of Digital Tachograph Card

  Through this form, applicants can apply for a renewal of a digital tacograph card due to loss, theft, or malfunction.

• VEH 051B - GRANT FOR THE PURCHASE OF PLUG-IN HYBRID VEHICLES 2022-2024

  Application form to be used by persons, voluntary organisations and undertakings when applying for a financial incentive for the registration of plug-in hybrid vehicles ordered before 31 May 2022.

• VEH 077 - GRANT FOR THE PURCHASE OF USED ELECTRIC VEHICLES 2023

  Application form to be used by persons when applying for a financial incentive for the registration of used electric vehicles.
