Social Security Payments (DSS)

Overview

This service is designed for Social Security beneficiaries who want to view and track their payments details. It provides a detailed and comprehensive view of all Social Security Payments received over the past five (5) years. Whether you receive payments by Cheque, Direct Credit or Energy Benefit Credit, this service allows you to easily access your payments history.

What you'll get

  • View Payments: Access a detailed list of your Social Security Payments made by Cheque, Direct Credit, and Energy Benefit Credit for the past five (5) years.

 

  • Payment Details: Select any payment from the list to view additional details, including:
    o    Entitlement Information: Understand the basis of your payment.
    o    Bank Account Details: See the bank account information associated with Direct Credit payments.
    o    Address Details: View the address details linked to Cheque payments. 
    (Note: Energy Benefit Credit does not include address details).

Eligibility

  • An active e-ID account issued by the Maltese agency Identità.

How to apply

To access the list of Social Security Payments, you must authenticate yourself using your e-ID account.

  • Visit our Contact Us page, select ‘Social Security Payments’ from the drop-down list under the mySocialSecurity cluster, and provide the details of your issue, or
  • Book a Microsoft Teams call with a member from the Information Management Unit.
