Request for Exemption or Reduction of Fees in Connection with Research

Overview

This form is used by this Office to enable and process requests by researchers to be exempted from paying the fees charged for inspecting notarial acts and to benefit from reduced rates on copying services carried out by the Department.

 

If the application is approved the applicant will be notified by email. If the application is refused, the applicant will be notified of the outcome by an email which will also state the reason/s for the refusal.

Persons who are carrying out research for a purely historical, literary or scientific purpose and having the endorsement of an academic or other qualified researcher.
