ADV - Obtaining a Health Certificate for an Animal used on road

Overview

It is important that animals used on the road are healthy and capable for such use.

Therefore, before an animal can be added under any licences, the applicant shall present a Veterinary General Health Certificate ADV-Z2 confirming that the animal is suitable for the use on the road. Such certificate may be issued by any warranted veterinary surgeon.

What you'll get

A list of authorised veterinary surgeons - VET Register 210420.xlsx
A specimen of the ADV-Z2 which will be filled in by your veterinary surgeon of choice.

Eligibility

A warranted veterinary surgeon alongside the proper ADV-Z2 form.
