• ADV - Modify Animal Drawn Vehicles Licence

  Form to be used by licence holders wishing to modify their details held by Transport Malta (TM). Changes may consist of changes to the list of horses or vehicles registered under the licence (where applicable) or changes to their contact details.

• ADV - Public Transport Drivers Tag (Garage Hire Vehicles & Horse Cabs) - DPA-13

  This form is used when a driver intends to start working as a chauffeur for hire or reward.

• ADV - Request a Driving Licence to drive Animal Drawn Vehicles or Ride Animals Under Saddle

  Form to be used by persons wishing to obtain a driving licence to drive animal drawn vehicles, or ride animals under saddle, on the road.

• ADV - Request a new Karrozzin Operator Licence (KOL)

  Form to be used by holders of  Licence A (Karrozzini) to request a Karrozzin Operator Licence (KOL).

• ADV - Request a Type B or C Licence for Animal Drawn Vehicles

  Form to be used by persons wishing to obtain a:
  • Licence B to operate animal drawn vehicles on the road for the carriage of passengers for hire or reward (except karrozzini) or for animal drawn hearses;
  • Licence C to operate animal drawn vehicles on the road for the transport of goods, or as street hawkers

  One Licence is required per vehicle.

• ADV - Request a Type D Licence for Animal Drawn Vehicles for Private Use

  Form to be used by persons wishing to obtain a Licence D to use animal drawn vehicles on the road for private or recreational purposes. Licence may cover more than 1 vehicle.

• Application Form for Light Passenger Transport Services Operator Licence

  This form provides online users the ability to register a new vehicle under the Light Passenger Transport Vehicle Operator Licence

• Carriage of Passengers Operator Licence (CPOL) Cancellation

  This form is filled once an operator decides to cancel his Operator's licence.

• Changes to a Road Haulage Operator Licence

  Process for licensed hauliers to modify certain licence details, such as vehicles included under the licence, contact details and authorised representatives

• Grant for the Purchase of New Bicycles and Conversion of Bicycles to Pedelecs - 2025

  THE INFORMATION BELOW REFERS TO THE GRANT SCHEME FOR 2025 WHICH IS NOW CLOSED.
