VEH - Deposit Form (VEH 03)

Overview

This form is used to deposit documents with Transport Malta's Driver and Vehicle Licensing Unit (DVLU) for processing. It can be used for vehicle registration and vehicle change transactions, driving licence transactions, permits, LPG, vintage, transfers/changes, and other related services.

What you'll get

Applicants receive a deposit receipt and can collect their processed documents once the transaction has been completed. The collection date and collection details are recorded on the form.

Eligibility

  • Seller, buyer, and witness ID card copies are mandatory for members of the general public (excluding authorized motor car dealers).

  • Non-Maltese nationals must submit a copy of their valid passport or residence documentation as required.

  • A valid IBAN number must be provided where applicable.

  • Contact details of the depositor must be provided.
