  • Application for Redress (Form H1)

    Account holders are entitled to redress from ARMS Ltd in relation to a previous application for a change in the number of persons on the account, which they believe was unfairly denied. EU citizens may exceptionally apply for redress in cases where no prior application was made, provided that they submit appropriate evidence of their primary residence in Malta at the address which is linked to the account, at the time in question. Once the application is processed the account holder can have a back-dated change in tariff from domestic to residential.
  • Authorisation of Verification of Pending Dues (Form N)

    An account holder can authorise ARMS Ltd to release account details to third parties. It is used by a proxy to collect information relating to any pending dues on a particular account.
  • C - Application for removal of electricity and / or water service

    This service is an application that allows account holders to request the removal of their electricity and water meters.

  • Cancellation of Direct Debit Mandate (Form Q)

    This application provides the account holder with the possibility of terminating the facility of paying his electricity or water bills by means of direct debit to his bank account. It may be used in case of closure of the bank account or where the account holder is in the process of transferring the account.

  • Change Billing Tariff (Form R)

    This application is used to update the tariff for both water and electricity for an account from residential/domestic to non-residential or vice versa. The applicable tariff is normally determined by the use of the premises and the application carries a declaration on the use being made in the premises.

  • CHP - Application for connecting a combined heat and power plant to the grid

    This application is made after the REWS approval is issued.

  • Claim for Damages from Enemalta (Form CM)

    Claim for compensation for damages incurred by Enemalta.
  • Connecting a Combined Heat and Power Plant to the Grid (Form CHP)

    Account holders who wish to connect a combined heat and power plant (CHP) to the grid. To date, operation of a CHP is normally limited to large entities who stand to benefit by exporting and selling a significant amount of electricity to the grid.
  • Connecting a Micro Wind Turbine to the Grid (Form We)

    Enemalta plc needs to be informed through this application before applicants connect a micro wind turbine to the grid.
  • Connecting a Photovoltaic (PV) to the Grid

    Account holders who install photovoltaic equipment or who already have a photovoltaic installation and need to change the parameters of the installation, principally adding more panels. Enemalta plc needs to be informed through this application before such an installation is commissioned.
